Hello minions ~

I am back after a few weeks of hiatus from the blog because of prelims but they're finally over !

How I wished it was O'Levels that was over =_= 

Anyways , now I have some time to myself now since I don't have to study for anything tomorrow so im gonna blog about how the past few days of September has been.



Part 1 : 

I finally had time to hang out with bae ;-; after 823958702975303 months of not meeting each other because of MY stupid school schedules =_= /kicks school/

Sooo we went to cinelesiure orchard because of the on-going scape flea market there. I wanted to get a few stuffs from this instashop at the flea. The shop posted up pricing for the items and the items she would be selling at the flea market the night before. I saw this really cute purple cat pouch and really wanted to get it but then I saw the price and I literally went

"WTF??????????" 

$15 , SGD15 , 15 DOLLARS , 15 FREAKING DOLLARS , 15 BLOODY DOLLARS FOR A PURPLE CAT POUCH

e n e or was it $16 ... heol T_T 

Since it was quite a famous insta-shop , I thought that there would be many people at their flea ... but no . Their booth was set up at 1pm but when I walked to the flea market after lunch at pasta mania , nobody except the seller was there ...

Welp I guess this is what happens when your items are OVERPRICED 

There was nothing much at the flea except for some bags from totetease and they are super cute and affordable :3 unlike some other insta-shop selling a small coin pouch for $15/$16 ... 

This is not a advertorial for totetease but the things they sell is really affordable compared to the other shop. Totetease's totebags are priced reasonably. I forgot the price already because I was busy looking at the bags and pencil case designs they offer >_<" 

Speaking of expensive , there's a booth at the night market near my block selling mini churros. From what I see , I guess they're a well-known insta-shop selling churros or other desserts and I guess that is also why their churros are sold at $4-$4.50 for 5 mini churros. I actually thought it was expensive but then I remember another insta-shop at the Singapore EXPO Food Fair selling mini churros at $5 for 5 also =_=

Just because you're a famous instashop , doesn't mean you can sell overpriced mini churros :-) 

There is a insta-shop which is more well-known than both of them but the mini churros they sell are priced at $20/$23 for 50 mini churros WITH 3 choices of dipping sauce okay ?????

Part 2 : More Annoying People on Carousell 

I don't even wanna talk about this anymore tbh but this girl got on my nerve yesterday seriously. She wanted to get a album from me and we discussed about it half way through the discussion , she told me she found someone who has stocks coming in on friday so she would be getting from her instead. 

After she told me , my supplier told me that she has stocks for that album coming in on thursday ( today ). I told the girl that i had stocks coming in on thursday. She asked me about the price but since she was gonna get from another seller already , no point telling her the price right ? So I didn't tell her the price and I got scolded by her for avoiding her question... 

hello ? you are already going to buy from someone else , what for you ask me for my pricing ? 

My supplier then asked me if I needed her to reserve copies for me to sell. I rejected her offer because the girl said she was gonna get from another seller. So my supplier put up the details of the album sale online and within the next few minutes , she managed to sell all the albums on hand. 

The girl then decided to pester me about the pricing but my supplier has already sold all the albums she has on hand so I told the girl that its all sold. She got mad at me for wasting her time and said "then what for you tell me that you have stocks? don't waste people's time =.=" 

girl please understand the situation before telling me off =.= 

Thinking about it makes me mad urgh

lets just move on 

Part 3 : Disappointing Purchase 

Last week , there was a sale going on in shopee and I saw a bracelet with 6 charms selling at $9 each so I got 2 thinking that it would be the same as the one I purchase previously from another shop. I mean how different can it get right ?

I received the bracelets yesterday and I was so so so disappointed with both the bracelets ;-;-; The seller's attitude is bad enough already but her bracelets is also not up to standards for $9 ( the original price is $16/$17 )

The chains of the bracelets I bought previously from another online shop were made up of heavy metal material which had a very little chance of breaking. The charms were bigger ( about 25mm in diameter ) and the charms were also made of metallic materials. I received the bracelets in a small cardboard box with their logo stamped on it. The bracelets were placed neatly in the box and it was shipped out in a poly mailer to me.

The bracelets I bought from the sale in shopee were totally different. The chains were made of some plastic-like material ( those super cheap kinds like $1 ? ) and the charms were made up of plastic-like material also plus 2 of the charms were already rusted =_= I asked the seller if the charms were supposed to be rusted and shes like "yeah" but she didn't state it anywhere on her item's listing saying that the charms are meant to be rusty.

Her attitude wasn't really good tbh. The week before , I ordered the bracelets on a tuesday/wednesday night. She told me she will get it done by friday. On friday night , I whatsapped her asking if she has finished making my bracelets and she told me that she was busy and couldn't finish making the bracelets by friday.

WTF ? YOU SAID YOU WILL GET IT DONE BY FRIDAY

I sorta of scolded her for it because she told me she will get it done by friday. She got mad and then started saying that it was my fault blah blah blah and she even said that mine is a last min order ... 

HELLO ? I ORDERED ON TUES/WED NIGHT NOT FRIDAY MORNING =_= 

She told me that she would mail out by sunday which she did and I am so so so disappointed with the cheap packaging ... who the heck wraps their bracelets with TISSUE PAPER . yES fucking tissue paper in a tiny ziplock bag and then thrown into the envelope with scotch tape everywhere ....

atleast put it inside a box ? you're also a well-known insta-shop ... 

such a disappointing purchase really. Glad I bought it during sale period otherwise im gonna be paying $16 for 1 bracelets with 3 charms only
