September Holidays 2016
September has finally arrived ㅠㅠ
My holidays have also finally arrived ㅠㅡㅠ
As mentioned in the post below, I flew to
Bangkok, again.
(not my fault everything is cheap)
No. This post is not about my Bangkok trip.
((okay... maybe there might be a tiny bit of my Bangkok trip mentioned on this post...))

Anyways, this post is about the past few schooling months c:
I want to say it was a fun, enjoyable, relaxing 3 months
BUT
I'm not going to lie... 🙊
The past 3 months were horrible and tiring.
(even during the June holidays)
I had to complete my module assignment before I flew off to Phuket to spend my holidays.
And then, a few days before school started, my module lecturer wanted us to email her a copy of our assignment draft so she could look through and give the class consultation.
When school started, the assignments for all 3 modules were launched, one after another.
- Storytelling and Play kits.
To top it all off, there were exams /heol/
I was really stressed up.
Assignments and Exams...
"which one do I concentrate on first??????" I asked myself.
I told myself to concentrate on the assignments when I'm in school and my exams when I'm at home, after school.
For the play kits, it wasn't too much work because, before the assignment was even launched, the assignment descriptor had already been uploaded on the module site.
From that day when I saw and read through the assignment descriptor, I started planning on what play kit I want to make etc.
As for the storytelling, my group faced some difficulties because we didn't plan beforehand what kind of story we wanted to do for our puppetry play plus we didn't get the materials to make the props...
"we're dead," I thought to myself.
However, everything went okay for both assignments c:
I told myself to concentrate on exams when I'm home but it didn't go as planned.
At home, I was busy with editing the script and powerpoint slides.
Basically, I was busy with the softcopy of the assignments.
It wasn't until the middle of August when I realized that if I don't start writing my notes and revising, it would be too late.
By then, the soft copies of the assignments were almost done,
the play kits and props for storytelling were nearly done too.
I thank the module lecturers for giving us practical time during lectures.
From then on, I 100% focused on writing my notes
I didn't even start on revision yet...
Because the lecturers haven't finished teaching the module yet, I wrote the notes concurrently.
As exams were nearing, I started panicking because 1 lecturer wasn't even close to completing the module when the other 2 lecturers were already finishing and starting revision.
I shall present that 1 lecturer with the "best lecturer award"
The "best" thing is, she taught us about time management and even reprimanded us because we had poor time management.
LOL.
You're the one who cannot even finish the module even after you made us come back for makeup lessons.
And you're reprimanding and teaching me about time management???
Go reflect on yourself please >.>
That lecturer arranged for makeup lessons which I attended btw.
I attended all the extra classes thinking she would finish the module.
But no.
Nope.
Aniyo.
70% of her makeup class was spent talking about admin matters.
20% of it was her telling us about her work experience. Which, most of the time goes out of topic.
She really just spent 10% of it, actually talking about the module.
^ me during the extra classes when she starts talking about non-module related topics.
Hello???
I just want you to know that I woke up earlier to attend extra classes because I want to finish the last few topics.
Not hear you talk about your past work experiences or admin stuff.
She did manage to finish the last few topics one and a half weeks before exams.
We were supposed to do revision paper for the rest of the days before exams.
However, being a lecturer with poor time management,
She didn't really do the revision.
Instead, she talked about more admin matters.
It wasn't until the last few days before exams did she actually start on revision.
By then, it was too late.
The other module lecturers have already finished their revision.
And I was almost done with writing the notes for the modules and started revising.
I was only 80% done with notes for her module.
There were a lot of content to remember for her module.
I was on the verge of giving up on that module already T_T
I started memorising the content of the other 2 modules first because they were being tested first.
I memorised till 12/1am in the morning on Sunday and Monday nights, 10:30/11pm on the rest of the days.
IT WAS PURE TORTURE
The nightly torture soon flew past and exams were over in the blink of an eye.
I finished the last paper as fast as I could, of course with the answers I think is correct.
And then, I was off to Bangkok.
The Bangkok trip this time round felt shorter than the previous ones.
Maybe because I took the evening flight...
By the time I reached the hotel, it was already 9pm.
So we just ate dinner and walked at the supermarket.

So yeah, the days in Bangkok flew by and I'm back at home now.
With tons of clothes to iron and wash...
smart girl. buy so many clothes in Bangkok.
This was pretty much how the past 3 months went by.
Assignments, presentations, play kits, rehearsals, revisions, and exams.
Alas, the torture has finally ended.
for now...
I'm prepping myself for the upcoming wave of torture after this holiday.
