2017, A Brand New Start 🌸
I hope everyone ended 2016 off and started 2017 well 😇
Mine didn't start off well... the first few months at least...
The break up happened in april after I started school.
Threw myself into studies after that and got pretty decent grades and GPA. 👀
/looks back at 2016/
2016 was the year of making new friends and adapting to my new environment.
In 2016, I made new friends, lost some old ones, got into relationships, got out of the relationships, got a good GPA, got into the director's list and last but not least, got chosen for the ecda training awards.
2016 was definitely an eventful year (no pun intended)
In 2016, I also met a bunch of crazy awesome people whom I never thought I would get along so well with.
Yes, they're me bunny pals 🦄🐱🗡
I've only known them for less than a year since school started in april and I'm really thankful to have met them and also, to have them in my life.
They're the ones tolerating me, my rants, nonsense, sarcasm and basically every stupid thing I did😅
Thank you girls for always telling me to keep calm whenever I'm angry or getting angry.
Thank you girls for encouraging me and giving me confidence to do stuffs I would never have done before.
Thank you girls for teaching me new stuffs every day. I never thought I would learn something new everyday from the same people or even people around me.
Just, thank you.
I remember talking about my 2015 resolutions.
In 2016, I managed to strike off another 2015 resolution
- Pass O'Levels and get into the course I want
I didn't exactly pass o'levels but I did get into the course I wanted so I guess... it counts? 😝
Other than adapting to the new environment, making new friends, breaking up blah blah blah, I also got to travel more in 2016.
In the beginning of the year, I traveled to thailand - phuket and bangkok before school started.
After that, I flew to bangkok again during the september holidays.
Followed by taiwan and hong kong during the december holidays.
I'm thankful to have gotten the chance to travel out of singapore so many times in 2016 and to get back safely in singapore as well. 😛
Lemme see... what's next?
2017 resolutions:
1. Find a decent boyfriend who treats me well.
2. Treat people nicely
3. Lesser swear words (like as if this is gonna happen)
4. Good grades and 4.0 GPA
5. Director's List (yes, again)
6. Get my driver's licence
With that, I shall end this post.
